Purchase Forms

For all initial and subsequent purchases of the Vertex Fund and Vertex Managed Value Portfolio a newly completed Subscription Agreement is required. All initial purchases require a completed Client Questionnaire. Purchase forms must be delivered to the office of Vertex One Asset Management Inc. by the purchase deadline in order for the purchase to be accepted.

To open a private wealth account with Vertex One Asset Management Inc. requires a minimum investment of $250,000. Accounts may be combined to meet this minimum (i.e. registered, non-registered).
